  1. The Hotel may only accommodate a guest who has been duly registered. Immediately upon arrival, the guest is obliged to present his/her ID card, valid travel passport, or another document of identity at the reception desk.

  2. In special cases, the Hotel may offer the guest accommodation other than the agreed upon, provided that it does not substantially differ from the confirmed reservation.

  3. Based on the reservation, the Hotel is obliged to accommodate the guest no later than 6:00 PM, unless stated otherwise on the reservation.

  4. Should the guest request an extension of the stay, the Hotel may offer them a different room, if capacity allows.

  5. The Hotel is only responsible for items taken into custody against a confirmation receipt. The Hotel is not responsible for other items brought in.

  6. Guests may receive visitors (non-residents) only with the consent of a Hotel employee, after registration in the visitor's book, and only from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

  7. In the event of a guest's illness or injury, the Hotel will arrange for medical assistance or transport to a hospital.

  8. The Hotel provides services to guests to the extent determined by the category and class of the accommodation facility.

  9. If a guest reserves a single room and the reservation has been confirmed, the single room price shall be charged even if they are accommodated in a multi-bed room or an apartment.

  10. The guest shall use the room for the period agreed upon during the reservation.

  11. If the duration is not agreed upon, the guest shall check out no later than 11:00 AM on the last day of accommodation. Failure to do so may result in being charged for another night.

  12. A guest who checks in before 6:00 AM shall pay the price for the previous night.

  13. Accommodation before 12:00 PM (noon) is charged as the previous night, unless otherwise agreed.

  14. It is not permitted to move furniture or perform any modifications in the room without the consent of the Hotel management.

  15. The use of one's own electrical appliances is not permitted, with the exception of appliances for personal hygiene (e.g., hairdryer, razor, etc.).

  16. Upon leaving, the guest is obliged to turn off the water taps, switch off the lights, and return the key to the reception desk.

  17. Children under 10 years of age must not stay in the Hotel unsupervised by adults.

  18. Sports equipment is not permitted to be brought into the rooms.

  19. Animals are allowed for a fee and only with a certificate of good health.

  20. Silence must be observed between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.

  21. The guest is responsible for damages caused to Hotel property in accordance with applicable legal regulations.

  22. Sports activities are only permitted in designated areas.

  23. Arrival by motor vehicle is only permitted via access roads. Parking is only allowed in designated areas for a fee.

  24. It is prohibited to repair or wash vehicles within the Hotel premises. The Hotel is not responsible for items left in parked vehicles.

  25. Selected public areas of the Hotel are monitored by a camera system.

  26. The guest is obliged to pay for Hotel services according to the valid price list, usually upon departure, but no later than after one week of stay. The bill is payable upon presentation.

  27. The mini-bar fridge is disconnected from electricity for environmental reasons. The mini-bar assortment is available for purchase at the reception desk.

  28. The price list for accommodation and supplementary services is available at the reception desk.

  29. The booker is obliged to pay the municipal stay fee. The rate and due date of the fee are governed by the generally binding ordinance No. 6/2021 on the local stay fee of the Statutory City of Plzeň.

  30. The Hotel reserves the right to request a credit card guarantee through pre-authorization.

  31. Complaints and suggestions are accepted by the reception desk or the Hotel management.

  32. If the guest grossly violates the accommodation rules, the Hotel has the right to terminate the accommodation without compensation.
